Shannon Faith Walsh, MBA, MPA, PCC

Shannon has a passion for designing and offering leadership experiences that stretch individuals to expand their thinking and impact – on their teams, companies, communities, and the world. She is the Founder of The Poetic Justice Center, a non profit dedicated to providing world-class leadership and de-escalation training to law enforcement agencies.

She is also the Spark behind the HuemanKIND Movement: https://www.huemankind.global. Shannon is a Professor of Global Leadership and American Free Enterprise at Palm Beach Atlantic University (Orlando Campus) and facilitates workshops on Emotional Intelligence and Human-Centered Design Thinking. In 2018, she Co-Founded the Central Florida Leadership Forum with the leaders of Full Sail University. Shannon has made a career of having various careers in Higher Education and Business.

She has worked for Fortune 500 Companies and Universities in the United States and Asia. She has also spent time working with the U.S. Armed Forces, Non-Profit Organizations, completed a thesis on Direct Supervisory Jail System Recidivism, and spent two years as the co-host of an award-winning television program in South Korea. She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Rollins College, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Literature, Language, and Culture from Syracuse University. Shannon received her Professional Performance Coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation.
