Stacè Middlebrooks

Stacè Middlebrooks is an intuitive women’s empowerment coach, inner power priestess, purpose ignitor, and diversity, equity, and inclusion champion with over 20 years of corporate experience. She has been a Chief Diversity Officer and a global diversity, equity, and inclusion leader at Fortune 500 companies. After corporate life, Stacè created her own company, Purpose Powered Coaching + Consulting, where she coaches heart-centered Way-shower women, specializing in the unique needs and desires of Black women in leadership.

Using her gifts as a lightworker combined with her expertise in navigating corporate spaces, Stacè coaches women to live and lead with purpose and power. She is a Way-shower guiding women to priestess their lives aligned with their highest calling so they can live freely in their sovereignty and enjoy their birthrights. Stacè is on a mission to hold sisters by the hand and walk them home to themselves to access their power and passion, take aligned action, and amplify their impact in the world.

Stacè is pursuing a Ph.D. in performance psychology. She holds a Master’s degree (Georgia State University) and a Bachelor’s degree (Spelman College) in sociology. She was certified as an authentic vocation coach gaining the title Professional Certified Career Coach and is a Certified Conscious Business Coach. She is a speaker and contributing author in the acclaimed anthology, Ancient-Future Unity: Reclaim Your Roots, Liberate Your Lineage, Live A Legacy of Love.

Stacè’s commitment to embodiment and self-expression led her to be a Middle Eastern dance instructor, choreographer, singer, and writer. Her ability to bring her creativity and intuition to her work inspires her clients to go deeper, stretch farther, and elevate higher than they imagined.
